How to delete your Funlux account
- Email support@funlux.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. You can send this email using your usual webmail service or email app.
- Include the email address associated with your Funlux account. If possible, send the request from that address.
- Our support team will help verify account ownership and process your request. Do not send your password.
What will be deleted?
Your Funlux account and associated personal data will be deleted, except data we are required to retain for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Active subscriptions
Sending an account deletion request does not cancel subscription billing. Manage or cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Delete directly in the app
You can also delete your account in the Funlux app under Me → My account → Delete Account.
